Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Music Tools at https://aimusictool.com (the "Site"), operated by String11, LLC ("String11," "we," "us," or "our").

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRING11 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless String11 from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Except where prohibited, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
